It's after times of extreme hardship that we can see that it's also been the time when we have done the most growing
JUST as surely as day follows night, dark or difficult circumstances can and do change in time. But it's hard going through things that are forced upon you, that you have little or no control over, things you simply cannot change yourself quickly despite your best efforts. When this is happening, when there is nothing you can do to bring about immediate change, the only solution, really, is to change something about yourself and your environment and wait. Adjusting how you see things is a gentle kind of re-framing of problems, a shift that can bring peaceful relief.
